Hindi Remark (https://hindiremark.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice (a “DMCA Notice”) to our designated contact with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL on our site.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

DMCA notices should be emailed to hindiremark.com@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”.
Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly and, where appropriate, notify the user who posted it.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address, including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
